All orders ship within 3-5 days, once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled or adjusted.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped.
We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is shipped.
